What is Text Banking

Text banking allows you to request and receive account information by sending a text to 99588.

With Text banking, you will be able to:

Request balance information Request transaction history on eligible accounts Locate a Foster Bank ATM or Branch while you're on the go

Text 99588with one of these commands.

Send "B", "BAL", "BALANCE" or "BALANCES"	A text message is returned displaying the balances for the accounts enrolled in Mobile Money.
Send "STMT", "TRAN" or "HIST" plus the nickname for the account (e.g., HIST Freedom Checking)	A text message is returned displaying the transaction history for the account.
Send "NEXT" or "MORE"	The next group of transactions.
Send "ATM" plus the ZIP code, city or state for the ATM (e.g., ATM 60625)	A text message is returned displaying the ATM location(s) for Foster Bank.
Send "BRANCH" plus the ZIP code, city or state for the branch (e.g., BRANCH Chicago, IL)	A text message is returned displaying Foster Bank branch locations.
Send "BOTH" plus the ZIP code, city or state for the branch (e.g., BOTH Silver Spring, MD)	A text message is returned displaying both the ATM and branch locations for Foster Bank.
Send "HELP" or "HLP"	A text message is returned displaying a list of acceptable keywords.
